Tualatin Life Article: Hypothyroidism

Even as a general practitioner, there are a few conditions that I see over and over again, including hypothyroidism. I do consider thyroid health to be areas of special interest. I can’t remember exactly what my very first patient in 2008 came in for, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I pulled that chart out and discovered it was thyroid! In this month’s Tualatin Life article, I give an overview of a few concepts that I explain to patients with thyroid issues.
