Can’t find an appointment?

You can call or text message me at 503-987-DOCB for help with scheduling and to inquire about same-day appointments. Same-day appointments may be available, but are never available online. If the date or time you would like is not available, please add yourself to the wait list AND schedule an appointment for the next spot that works for you. If an appointment becomes available and you are on the wait list, I will call or text message you.

Scheduling Tips

True Health Medicine Patients

If you have previously been seen at True Health Medicine, please schedule by indicating “YES” that you are an existing patient and “NO” that you don’t know your Record ID. If this does not allow you to schedule or pops up a red message saying “No Patient Record Found,” then please select “NO” for both questions and continue to schedule. If you are already established with me, you can schedule your visit as a “follow up” visit type even if it’s your first time under the new clinic.

Telemedicine Appointments

Please note that telemedicine appointments are available to patients from both clinic locations Monday through Thursday. If you don’t find a time that works for you, please check the other location.

COVID Restrictions

In accordance with state recommendations, I am requesting that patients who have either travelled outside of the state or have gathered unmasked with persons outside of their household do not come into the office for an in-person visit with me until they have been home and symptom free for 14 days. Because we are located near the state line, I do exempt the Vancouver area from this request.

In addition, to limit traffic through the clinic, I encourage patients scheduling naturopathic appointments to utilize telemedicine appointments rather than in-person as much as possible. If your appointment needs to be in-person or you don’t have the technology to use Zoom, I am available for in-person appointments.

And as has been the recommendation for all of 2020, please do not schedule any in person visits if you have cough, fever, shortness of breath, change in sense of taste or smell, suspect COVID, have been exposed to COVID or are awaiting the results of a COVID test. If you have these symptoms and would like to consult with me about them, please schedule a telemedicine appointment. I appreciate your honesty, understanding and compliance with these policies.
